Breathing 2 is a simple exercise that can help us to relax and de-stress our body. Just think of it as a warm up for our breathing.
Breathing 2 should be no more than about five minutes. It can be done at home, or in a gym, at your desk at work, or in the car.
Breathe into the nose, hold breath, exhale. I’ve found that the most effective way to practice breathing 2 is to do it in the car. I have to admit, it’s really hard to breathe while driving, but that’s my excuse. Even if it’s not. The most important thing is that you are taking the time to do it. You will feel a positive effect within 5 seconds.
Breathing 2 is a two-minute workout. That’s enough time to feel how good you are already, but it’s also a perfect time to do something more intense. Breathing 2 is a good warmup. You will feel your lungs tighten up and your heart rate increase. It also helps to loosen up your muscles, so you can do more intense breathing. Just breathe in and hold your breath for 5 seconds.
Breathing 2 is a great way to get your blood circulating, and it is also a great way to work your abs. I find that I have even more energy and endurance after I breathe 2. Its a great exercise to do a couple of times a week.
Breathing 2 is the only deep breathing exercise I know of that takes place underwater. It’s not as hard as I thought it would be, and its easy enough to do.
You breathe in as you breathe out. Breathe in, hold your breath, and exhale. So you breathe in for 5 seconds, then hold your breath for another 5 seconds, and then breathe out. We’ll cover deep breathing exercises in my next post.
The only deep breathing exercise you can do underwater, is to breathe in. You can breathe in for as long as you need, but be sure to breath out. I think anyone who’s had the opportunity to do it should do it regularly. Its fun, and you get to get a little more of a workout.
Once you’ve done the first breath you can do the second, and so on. The important thing is to get back to the initial breath after you do the first one. The last time I did this exercise, I did it for about half an hour. It was the first time that I really got the hang of it. So just like a regular workout, you should take a few minutes, and then do it again.
Breath exercises are a great way to get a workout and get a little more of that “fun” out of it. There are lots of different ways to do them, but if you can get into it a bit, it’s a fun way to get that workout.
